Today I'm standing on a finished driveway that took longer and cost more than it should have. Or at least more than I thought it would.

As I stand here on this smooth blacktop, I'm reminded of how getting the groundwork right is worth the effort and how overlaying this mentality in many areas of my life would be more than beneficial.
