Why All Relationships Eventually Break
Life is full of relationships. Romantic ones, friendships, work relationships, and our businesses are constantly in relationship with consumers and employees.
They all start with some sort of attention which eventually leads to a level of connection. But life changes. Situations change, needs change.
This is why at some point, what worked at one time, no longer works, and the relationship breaks. This week I talk about how this happens and why you don’t have to live with broken relationships.
And if you’re a business, there are some very specific things you should be doing internally and externally so that those relationships you’ve worked so hard to build, don’t fall away.
